Take your performance to the next level!

Over the last 10 years Matt Shaw & the Sports Performance Staff at the University of Denver have taken the physical development of the student-athletes to new heights. The University of Denver has produced 3 National Championships (Hockey - 2017 & 2022, MLax 2015), the first ever College Cup appearance by Men's Soccer (2017), a Hobey Baker Winner (Will Butcher) and Finalist (Bobby Brink), a Mike Richter Award Winner (Tanner Jaillet) and countless All Americans. This success has led to a pipeline of DU student-athletes moving on to professional sport across the NHL, AHL, MLS, NWSL, MLL, PLL, and other professional leagues across all sports.

The University of Denver Sport Performance Staff is opening it's doors to the public! The staff is providing off season sports performance camps to take your physical development to the next level. Athletes will experience the same quality coaching, developmental outcomes, state of the art facility, methodology and organizational structure to enhance their physical skills as Division I student-athletes scaled to the developmental age of each camp. Campers will experience pre/post testing, technical education and progressive training stress that has delivered success to hundreds of student-athletes and professional athletes.

Each training camp will focus on proper warm up/mobility, power, speed and strength development. Campers will progress across each 3 week camp improving their physical abilities and learning about proper training approaches appropriate for their age range and goals. Pre and post testing on force plates and timing systems will provide athletes an objective look into their physical development. Join us now while spots are available!

Open to all!

Camps and clinics shall be publicly open to any and all entrants (limited only by registration number, age, grade level and/or gender). Our camps are not sport specific but are centered around mastering force production in all 3 planes of motion and enhancing athleticism across general physical demand to comply to NCAA regulations.
